COTTAGES 1 & 2
We have 2 self catering cottages at the top of our garden with remote control garage access. Each has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchenette area. The bedrooms each have twin beds, with en suite bathrooms. Each cottage is air conditioned, and has overhead fans. The kitchens are each equipped with a 2 plate hob, a microwave, a bar fridge, and tea/coffee facilities. The TV has access to all local channels, M-Net & DSTV. These cottages have a lovely view of our tropical garden and main swimming pool area.

ANNEXE
Situated alongside the main house with private entrance and outside garden to enjoy. It is a tastefully decorated B&B suite with a double bed and a copper fire place. It has an en suite bathroom. The TV has access to all local channels, M-Net & DSTV. There are tea/coffee facilities in the suite.

· If we receive notice 4 weeks prior to arrival - we keep 25% of the full amount paid.
· If we receive notice 3 weeks prior to arrival - we keep 50% of the full amount paid.
· If we receive notice 2 weeks prior to arrival - we keep 75% of the full amount paid.
· If we receive notice 1 week prior to arrival - we keep 100% of the full amount paid.
